3 avocados (cut in half around pit, remove pit and scoop out with spoon)
½ onion (diced)
1 lemon or lime (juices squeezed)
¼ C cilantro (chopped)
S&P to taste (more salt than pepper)
½ jalapeno or hot sauce for spice (optional)
3 cloves garlic (diced)


Mash avocado and stir in other ingredients. Serve with GMO free corn chips, on toast, or with fajitas.
